Hello Families!
My name is Leanne Barnhill and I am so excited to help you make this a great school year. I am so lucky to be your child's teacher this year! I have a Bachelor's in Psychology and a Masters in Education and have been teaching for 10 years. I have teaching certifications from Maryland, Michigan, and Arizona. We previously lived on Fort Huachuca for 12 months and are returning from a year in Alabama.
In the past I have taught third and fourth grade; however, I look forward to teaching second as it is an exciting developmental year.
I have four daughters - Kaley, Kamryn, Kaya, and Kovey - and enjoy spending time as a family. I love being outdoors as well. I love to hike, kayak, and camp.
